This trail is perfect for children. The trails can accommodate strollers and wheel chairs. There are lots of pretty native flowers and blooming plants in the appropriate season.
Easy, flat trail. It's 2.25 miles if you walk both sides (crossing the road). You get to walk near the treeline but yet, out in the open. Nice birding area!
Flat terrain makes walking 1, 2, or 3 miles of loop very easy. Great for x-country skiing in the snow. Broken tracks a little bare in places as inconsiderate non-skiers use tracks as a walking trail :-(
Wide open walking paths make this easy for dog walking or walking with friends. Very picturesque.
