Confirmed from Cottageville Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Clean park featuring a playground for kids and basketball court, along with barbecue grills for picnics.
What runners say about Cottageville Park
“Park is always clean and the other park visitors are generally friendly.”
Visited the park after a long time today. Loved the play area and the walking paths. There is also a very neat sheltered picnic area with restrooms. The equipment is quite different from those in other play areas and makes this park more attractive. Loved the community garden and it's maintenance!!
Promising and interesting park. The fourth star in my review is a bit aspirational because this park needs a lot more shade and this neighborhood needs a good park.
This is a great park, perfect for kids 3+. Unfortunately under 3 is less enjoyable. Is is visually appealing and the little ones will still enjoy running around!
Great park. Nice place for kids to run around. Adequate sitting bench’s for adults. However, does not have adequate play area for kids.
Trail conditions & character
“I liked it more while they were still under construction because at least there was a port a potty here that they could use when they had to go to the bathroom.”
“Parking is a little limited, sharing with an apartment building, or on the street on the opposite side of the park, but we always find a spot.”
