Confirmed from Cottell Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
46-acre green space with many sports fields & courts, a fishing pond, playgrounds & picnic shelters.
What runners say about Cottell Park
“The park is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained, making it a great spot for families.”
“I stopped to play with my drone one night after work because the weather was beautiful.”
Two fantastic playgrounds. Excellent condition. Pretty pond nearby with a walking path. Diverse friendly crowd. Lots of different types of play to keep children engaged. Baseball, Basketball, and Tennis courts included.
2025 My daughters and I favorite part about this park is the ducks in the pond. Each time we came down to see them again they would come out of the water. I wonder if they get fed here by the public often from how close they get. We respected their space and just watched them. The park is great for all ages.
Excellent park around Cincinnati area. This has huge walking space around and also great spots for sports activities. I prefer this park best for flying kites during windy season. The ambience is great and park is well maintained. There are sufficient parking space around the park.
We stopped over the summer and had a great time. My kids loved the playground. It reminded my son of a local one in our area. The pond was a big hit too. We watched so many ducks and had a nice walk around it. This park has tons of green space as well and a memorial of some sort as well.
