Confirmed from Kingswood Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 7 mentions

“This is a beautiful park with a good bit of shaded areas, places to sit, and an awesome workout area for adults as well as big and small playgrounds for kids.”

🌳 shaded & cool 3 mentions

👟 good for all levels 3 mentions

“Well kept park with areas for all ages including two playground areas and a ninja obstacle course.”

This is a small but very beautiful park speciall for kids. There are different slides for each age level and also turf to protect them if they fell down. Covered with greeneries and there are some physical workout training area as well. Sufficient parking space and specific area for the picnic and small gathering.

Beautiful 90+ acres park for walking the dog or going for a bike ride. Lots of trails and open grass. Nice place for a quiet evening walk. The farmers market on every Saturday 9 am - Noon. The new playground addition for kids is awesome!

AKA “the ninja park” to my kids, this is a favorite to climb all sorts of ways & challenge themselves on the ninja course! I love that there is shade over the benches (but note that it still gets hot on a sunny summer day) and bathrooms are not too far away & pretty clean for a public park!!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
