Confirmed from Cottonwood Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Neighborhood park with a trail along a seasonal creek, benches, and a pond.
What runners say about Cottonwood Park
“This park is always kept nice with some shady areas and huge sections of well maintained grass.”
“Very nice park I love the fact it has its own mini river and exercise equipment spaced throughout the location and the bike trail double as a beautiful hiking area”
“Cottonwood Park is a wonderful place to meet, walk, sit, grab a book, read, watch various species at the ponding basin, and run on a beautiful, tree-lined path.”
Nice big cottonwood trees along the creek give plenty of shade in the summer. Family friendly spot
Love this little area. Clean and well kept park. Fun area for kids to run around and explore nature as well as a nice place to have a picnic.
Neat little park with a stream and holding pond. The bike path runs through it so I use it frequently. It has a wheelchair accessible viewing area with 2 mounted binoculars.
Beautiful park with great views of the birds and water. A bike path runs through the park and there are mature trees throughout. There aren't any toys for kids to play on, but there is at the neighboring Dry Creek Park. Lots of people get their family pictures taken here.
