Confirmed from Coulby Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a pool, a bandstand, pavilions, a fishing pond, a trail, sports facilities & more.
What runners say about Coulby Park
“Park for kids with swings basketball court baseball diamond and more great place even bbq grills restrooms available clean as well”
“We did homecoming pictures and many beautiful backdrops”
Well kept small park with sports areas for volleyball, baseball, tennis and half court and more. Their pool is also great, with kiddie playground, and picnic area. And if you just want to walk around, theres a fair open space for that too with nice trees and well maintained lawn. Awesome for a light walk or exercise!
Stopped by the park during winter. No one was there. Lol. Nothing to do. But was a nice walk around the last park. If you have kids, there are swings and other playground things to do. There's also volleyball for those that like that. Overall, a comfortable park to enjoy (but not in freezing, snowy winter!

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
