Confirmed from Cranberry Creek Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a fenced-in area for dogs to exercise.
What runners say about Cranberry Creek Park
“Nice place very clean has a quiet little dog park where not many dogs visit.”
It is a great place for people that don't have land to let there dogs run. It could use some maintenance yes. However it is free to take your pets.To all you ungrateful people that give bad reviews, the park, toys were all donated.
My catdog loves coming to the park to play with any dog around. He forgets he's a cat and so do the dogs. The hidden trails behind the park are great for walks as my cat enjoys the fresh air, smelling all the different scents, and chasing after any small critters he can find.
This place is a neat little park tucked off in it's own cozy nook. Unless your from around here it is easy to miss. The dog park is large and has two separate fenced in sections. One section is mostly for just running around and then there is the obstacle course area.
Nice quiet park to walk and bring your dog. The dog park isn’t ever busy when I’ve been here. They mow paths throughout the park so you can take nice walks. The scenery is colorful with lots of trees. In the winter there’s a nice hill for sleigh riding as well.
Trail conditions & character
“I would feel more comfortable if the fence was slightly taller (a dog jumped over it right as we pulled in).”
“Also has a large covered pavilion, sled riding hill for the winter months, and a hike trail for the warmer months”
“As far as amenities It has plenty of parking, benches, a pavilion with a grill, and a portable toilet.”
“Nice place very clean has a quiet little dog park where not many dogs visit.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
