My young family and myself had a great time. The splash pad is simple but fun and it serves it purpose. We played at the playground next to the slash pad and again it was a simple piece of playground equipment but it was fun and it served its purpose. There is a shelter with tables.
Great park with shaded walking path, two playgrounds, large shelter, tables, grill pits, massive field, and a splash pad. BUT, has had the grossest bathroom in all of Ankeny three years in a row. The porta potty has been vandalized and defaced to the point of being unusable.
Nice neighborhood park with a splash pad, 2 playground areas, grills and picnic tables along with a shelter. Nice walking path around the park.
