Confirmed from Cyntheanne Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This 53-acre park features playgrounds, trails, restrooms, pickleball courts & sports fields.
What runners say about Cyntheanne Park
“It has great playgrounds, clean restrooms, and a good selection of food at concessions.”
Wonderful park with a great walking/jogging path, soccer/lacrosse/rugby fields, playground equipment, and pickle ball courts. Not a whole lot of coverage area for picnics or gatherings, but there are plenty of tables to sit at and there are also bathrooms and drinking fountains.
Soccer fields as far as the eye can see. Paved trail around the soccer fields. Nice and very popular pickle ball courts. Kids playground and restrooms.
Nice park with lots of fields and a path. Has a nice playground for the kids and lots of puckleball courts (spelled wrong on purpose😄) wish they had some basketball courts or a small hockey rink or something

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
