Confirmed from Del Webb Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Fun kids toy for all ages.”
Del Web Park is an awesome enjoyable park. It's a beautiful park, to bring your family, and friends, to walk your dog. I take my grandkids to enjoy the park, play basketball. A very large park.
Lovely playground for my toddler! Pretty much one of the few green stretches of grass you find anywhere in the Verde Valley! Local community is always friendly and welcoming even though we don't live there. Our favorite park in the area.
Little known park off the beaten path in Cottonwood. Open to the public even though it's in Del Webb Cottonwood Ranch.
Cute little park to take the kiddos. I wish there was a paved walkway the entire way around the grass area as it would be nice to push the stroller or let the kids roller blade or ride bikes. It's always clean and they take good care of the foliage/playground equipment.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
