“Phoenix's Mountain Preserve Park is a beautiful and peaceful place.”
Great trail, easy to follow, a little steep in some areas. Not a lot of people on the trail, that may be because there's very little parking- just a pull off area big enough for 2 cars max. We started just before sunrise and it was so worth it. Gorgeous views and it was a short hike-just 40 minutes.
If you are looking for a hike with less people do this. Between Piestawa and camelback this is a good climb with good views.
Beautiful 360 views and a good work out of a hike. It gets steep towards the end, but totally worth it! Dog friendly and bench areas to rest if you need to. My only complaints are the lack of parking and both waze and Google maps takes you to the wrong area. Use All Trails to get to the right location.
Its very wide, different options of hiking and nice views. Its amazing how you can find a hiking option so near by home. There was a family with a small kid teaching them how to start to move around, I think its great. Group of friends walking around. Dogs allowed & for bikes its a great option! We did out and back.
