Confirmed from Dogwood Park at Wesley Chapel's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Dogwood Park is a beautiful place to bring your children & grandchildren, walk around the beautiful grounds and enjoy watching the kids having fun on the playground.”

🌾 quiet & peaceful 3 mentions

“The park is beautiful for pictures was nice and quiet.”

We went specifically for our dog, so she could have a place where she can play with other dogs and you don't need to have a membership. It was a little confusing finding the dog area, but the visitors were friendly and gave us directions.

A nice park with kids playground, asphalt track and wooded trails for walking, dog park, pond with fishing pier, and an abundance of picnic tables and grassy areas to relax.

★★★★★ — Deb , Jul 2021

Nice re-vamped park. They have added a children's play area with lots of slides and swings. The walking trails are super easy to access and walk on. Very nice, quaint and serene. They added a garden and picnic tables to sit at and enjoy if you just want a place to sit. It is on the smaller side.

★★★★★ — Jene'Vue , Sep 2025

Very well maintained park with a nice easy walking trail, a variety of plants and a dog park.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
