Confirmed from Doodle Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Doodle Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (120 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 7 mentions

“Both sides are very clean and spacious with parking and restrooms so you can stay for a while at the park.”

GREAT biking trail! There's parks at both ends for kids to play and clean rest rooms. There are many stop signs on the trail but most are for driveways so aren't a problem. The trail itself is wide and smooth with a few long climbs, not steep but long. Recumbent friendly.

This is the second time I've been to Doodle Park. Last time we went on the Pickens side, this trip we were on the Easley side. Both sides are very clean and spacious with parking and restrooms so you can stay for a while at the park.

I love what Easley has done with this. From an old Bantem Chef restaurant to this is a huge improvement. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is bc the water fountains didn’t work the day we were there and both we and our dog could’ve used a little water to supplement what we brought.

Stopped at this park after a weekend on Lake Hartwell. Awesome jungle gym for the kids to get some energy out. Well maintained with lots of options. Walking-biking trail was great. Bathrooms clean especially for a park. Really nice hidden gem in the middle of Easley.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
