Confirmed from SWU Bike Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

👟 good for all levels 3 mentions

“Great place for all abilities, you can slow down and enjoy the ride or you can turn it up and get in a great workout.”

Went in with low expectations and was super positively surprised. This place punches way above its weight and deserves more publicity. Well designed XC trails with great flow. The fall forest was stunning, although fallen leaves made for some fun slipping and sliding.

Great trail system with beginner and intermediate trails. The yellow trail is a little over a mile. The blue trail is 2.2 miles and the red trail is 2.9 miles and is the most difficult. Great for mountain biking running and hiking.

I love these trails! I have been hiking the blue trail while my son rides his mountain bike with a group. What an awesome place for our family to ride and walk. I love to see people of all ages and athletic abilities while on the trail. I can’t wait to hike the other trails this week.

Great trail design...so much fun and flow! We ride here several times a week and love it. The parking area is nice, and the trails are always well maintained! Something for every skill level here! Kudos to the trail builders and the visionaries behind this park

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

  • AccessHours vary — hours are not posted for this trail, so check before an early or late run
  • SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
  • DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
