Doty park is a summer staple. Splash pad is free and there are bathrooms available. They just put in a new playground last year and it's wonderful! There is also a covered area with picnic tables, small walking path and 2 ice cream shops nearby.
Nice, modern playground with many features that are suitable for a wide age range. Nice shelter with picnic tables. Great view of the river, and you can walk right down by it. Riverwalk, bridge over the river.
I enjoy walking or riding my bike through Doty Park. The park is always included into my walks.
This kids park is a lot of fun with multiple climbing structures and a great merry-go-round. It has a handicapable swing but no accessible way to get to it unless you carry your child to it if they are wheelchair users. I liked that is had a covered picnic tables to get a break from the sun.
