Confirmed from Fridh Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Large park featuring a playground, plus sand-volleyball and basketball courts.

Very clean and we'll maintained. I just hope they keep the blacktop walkway clear of snow this winter so the public can still use it to walk thru.
Love this park. It's keep up but some shade works be nice. The equipment is so hot! And a bathroom!
