Confirmed from Draper Drive Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This 16-acre recreational area contains a shaded jogging trail & 2 fields for soccer & other sports.
What runners say about Draper Drive Park
“Well maintained, has two large umbrellas over larger part of playground with slides and activities to stay a little cooler on hot sunny days.”
I love it! Good for sports exercising and hiking trails or just sitting and reading while the kids play on a marvelous playground. It's actually the size of a half a football field not two full ones as another stated.
2 turf soccer fields, fairly clean public restroom, benches,& playground Bleachers near one field, paved walking path around fields. Parking was fine with 2 soccer games goes on.
Great park to bring my rambunctious 2yr old! Playground is well suited for toddlers to climb, run and slide without too much assistance from parents (beyond usual supervision). Well maintained, has two large umbrellas over larger part of playground with slides and activities to stay a little cooler on hot sunny days.
Two multipurpose turf fields with lights for evening use. Large playground for the younger set. Two portable toilets that get cleaned regularly. Walking paths. The only downside is the parking lot is a little on the small side when considering 4 soccer teams playing, and 4 coming to warm up for games.

“My only complaint is that the two porta-potties are the only bathroom facilities and need to be maintained regularly because they get a lot of use.”

“Excellent lighted turf fields (two) with good size paved walking track surrounding fields.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
