Confirmed from Eagle Point Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Scenic park with picnic areas and playgrounds, plus scenic Mississippi views.
What runners say about Eagle Point Park
“Well maintained, with great overlooks.”
“This is my first time going through Eagle Park it was beautiful well taken care of an overall a wonderful experience.”
I had a great time visiting my niece and nephew. We came here to hangout and let the kids play for a while but all left good and tired. Climbing to the top of the castle was a little hike but very fun and came with the reward of some good views of the whole park.
Beautiful view of the widest part of the Mississippi. There are great trails to run, hike and birds to watch on. Don't forget the several playgrounds and Frisbee golf course too! One of the hidden gems of Clinton!
I am from Clinton I moved away in 1987 & have lived in a few different states & cities and I have seen several places everything from mountains, woods, deserts and the pacific ocean on the Oregon coast which was amazing. But nowhere I lived had parks like Eagle Point Park.
Beautuful park, gorgeous views of a very wide part of the Mississippi River. Visit and go up to the top of the Castle for even better views. Also Enchanted Branches the unusual Thomas Dambo trolls is located in the park, down a trail.
