Confirmed from East La Loma Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“I hope the toilet is kept clean though.”

Great place to spend family picnic and go around with your bike. I hope the toilet is kept clean though. There are small and long trails.

★★★★☆ — Francis , Feb 2023

LOVE taking my cats for a walk. The view is amazing. There is alot of kitties and its safe to take your kids, the park is really big, but well taken care of. Restrooms are always open and enough space to go run and exercise.

Beautiful Saturday. Nice path and the vibes were friendly. It does get crowded with parking but it was worth it with my family and I! Also very clean as well.

★★★★★ — Josephine , Feb 2022

Visited this park several times in recent months. Great place to chill under a shady tree, take a walk, have a picnic, go for a bike ride or let the kids loose on the playground. Plenty of parking. There's also tennis, basketball and frisbee golf courts.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

“Bathrooms and water fountains by the bathrooms and the barbecue pit.”

  • At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
  • DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
