Confirmed from Eastside Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Super awesome park that has two personalities. During sports seasons, this park transforms to an active softball, and soccer facility. When not in use as a sports facility, the park converts into a tranquil area for nice walks overlooking really great secret scenery of Yorba Linda.
This place is great...gives 2 Great Pyrenees a place to run...need to find the rare time they have it alone so they can do what they do.
This is a large park. Has a playground, grills, one covered picnic area you can reserve. Clean bathrooms with doors, soap, and toilet paper. No baby changing area in bathrooms. Large fields for games. And if parking lot is full, can park on street below. Also provides dog bags.
A beautiful park. A hidden gem in the hills. Clean, neat, well kept, and attractive. This park has many features including a baseball diamond, a play area with things for kids to climb on, green spaces, and a loop you can walk to circumnavigate the baseball diamond.

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
