Confirmed from Emma Russell Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Sprawling, clean park featuring a playground, soccer fields, pickleball courts and tennis courts.

This is a pretty good park. First, the playground is fairly well maintained. The equipment isn't terribly old and the city has done a good job of keeping the garbage to a minimum. A couple of the swings have been removed from the swing sets.
