We had a lovely picnic. Surrounding woodland and paths are beautiful. Didn't walk the trails this time but have in the past and was very impressed then at the varied scenery, from simple woodlands to a boardwalk over a wetlands area with a nice rest stop previous time I visited and the impressive water filled deep…
Nice short trails (1 mile max), boardwalk, with fully accessible paths, sand volley ball pit, and pond. Very quiet spot, with wetlands and gentle hills, plenty of benches to sit on. Saw a snake and some birds.
The entire trail system here is nice and quiet. Lots of benches around to take a break and enjoy the scenery. The pond is nice and peaceful.
