Confirmed from Fall Creek Trail at Geist Dam's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a kid-friendly gravel trail and picnic tables leading to a dam.
What runners say about Fall Creek Trail at Geist Dam
“People also do not clean up after their animals on this trail, so be mindful of where you step.”
I am giving this park 5 stars for a surprisingly magical fall colors that peaks in late October on this trail. It was quite a nice surprise. It was only a very small area in the park but it still did not disappoint. I am definitely coming back.
Nice trail , well kept. Did this trail early spring in the morning. It was very peaceful and quiet . It was about 1 hour walk total from and to the parking at a slow to moderate pace for about 2 miles.I have encountered a few people with dogs.
Nice place for a walk. The trail is gravel and follows the Creek after you get to the bottom of the hill. There are houses East of the trail so it sort of feels like walking through their back yards.
There's a small parking lot near the trail head off the main road, Park Hours are from Dawn to Dusk and vehicles are threatened to be towed after hours. The beginning of the trail has soft pea size gravel with small inclines as it snakes around a retention pond fence for a utility company.

- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
