Beautiful countryside filled with wildlife and biking trails. If you want to get away from the noise of city life, this is a wonderful place for a long walk or a picnic. There are several nice pavilions for larger groups. Check out the exhibits in the Visitor Center to learn more about the rich history of the park.
Loved it here! Went here to bike with my husband and it was such a pleasant ride! The trails were nice and super fun to do! The place is well maintained and has great benches and sit down areas where you can relax or have a picnic. Do bring bug spray if you’re planning to be near the ponds!
We went for a family fishing day and enjoyed the day. The trails were pretty clean and both the lake and duck pond were beautiful! The duck pond is a walk! It was very peaceful. There was a small playground area when heading towards the lakes and we did see plenty of picnic areas.
