Confirmed from Fellsmere Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This is a beautiful park. It's a great place to go for a walk or a run. One of the highlights of this park is the lake. There are lots of ducks swimming in the lake, which is quite therapeutic to watch :) There are few benches to sit.

Cute little pond to walk around with my dog. Swans, ducks and geese also make it quite picturesque. It's mildly hilly in some parts which I like! Also grassy area to sit and play ball if you'd like.

You might feed swans and ducks, fishing and jogging here. Poultry would get closer and wait for food when you stand by the water.

This place has my heart. I lived in Malden for a year and this was a great place to go for an evening walk. If we couldn’t think of anything or anywhere else to go we’d just go here. There’s a fountain in the spring/summer and geese and ducks. It’s pretty lively too with dogs and all age groups of people.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
