A small but gorgeous little respite from the hustle and bustle. This is how I imagined Oregon would be when I moved a year ago from Az…unfortunately, places like Fern Hill Wetlands are becoming a rarity. Thank you donors and The City of Forest Grove for this small oasis for birds, critters and human groupies.
Perfect place for long walks viewing birds and other animals. Flat, easy terrain for hikes of all lengths up to 2 or 3 miles without seeing things twice.
A nice area to see a wide variety of birds. The trails go around a few ponds. Mostly gravel. There’s a paved path as well.
Beautiful place to go for walks. Pet and kid friendly. Has public restrooms. Lots of birds to see
