Confirmed from Ferran Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Lakeside park offering a bandshell, picnic tables, a playground, and a splash pad.

“Ferran Park felt like a calm little refuge on this foggy morning, even if Lake Eustis was mostly a suggestion somewhere beyond the gray.”
Very nice water front park. Nice playground although not a lot for smaller/toddler children. Geared more towards elementary school age kids, but a nice park to run and play. Fishing off dock also aquatic center and an outdoor music venue. Plenty of shade trees and shade canopies to escape the hot sun when needed.
This is a fantastic small park. There's a walkway alongside the lake that great for walks. The breeze off the lake helps keep the temperature down. We've watched many a beautiful sunset over the lake from here. There's a nice playground for the kids.
If you are looking for a perfect spot to enjoy a Florida afternoon, Ferran Park in Eustis is an absolute gem. It manages to balance scenic beauty with great amenities, making it a "must-visit" for locals and visitors alike.
Ferran Park felt like a calm little refuge on this foggy morning, even if Lake Eustis was mostly a suggestion somewhere beyond the gray. The Christmas decorations gave the whole place a warm lift, especially the lit tree glowing through the mist.
