Confirmed from Fords Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Serene area for kids, for meditations, for parties, for family time, beautiful and fits alot of activities for all ages”

After living in the area for over 2 years, I took my kids to this park and really loved it. The park was clean, the kids playground was safe for them and the trees provided enough shade from the sun. It was fun walking around with my kids and we saw a lot of turtles in the water.

The park is relatively small comparing to other parks in the area, but it’s fun. There is plenty of parking and the park offers areas for variety of activities. You can play basketball or tennis, have a nice picnic on one of the benches, enjoy the lake, sit in a gazebo or walk around the whole park on a nice pathway.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
