Confirmed from ForEvergreen Nature Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Former golf course featuring serene trails and a creek, plus eagles.

Lovely, quiet, peaceful and easy to walk. There are gravel paved trails through the trees but also broad, mowed paths through the areas of grass and bush, which give a feeling of true immersion among the plants and fauna. Lots of little interesting things to stumble upon too.
A very nice place for a leisurely walk. The main trail is gravel but they have cut outs through the middle to explore plant and animal life. There are a lot of Hawks and the variety of natural plant life is simply beautiful.
Nice place to go for a walk about. I would give five stars but I don’t want too many people to spoil it for everyone!! Can’t wait to go back!!
If you love nature & need someplace quiet, this is it! From the easy to walk manicured trails to the beautiful surroundings, you can't help but relax. Don't forget to look for the Eagle's nest! You may even see a bald Eagle's or two. Plus the heritage center is there too! Check it all out and you won't be disappointed!
