Confirmed from Frank Lorino Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
City park with a disk golf course, a dirt bike track, a skate park, tennis courts & athletic fields.

My son loved the playground and all the slides, he loved it so much he didn't want to leave. When he first got there he was afraid of the slides but one by one as he went down them they found that he like them and wanted to experience more, by the end he was walking up the longest curved one and I was very proud of…
It's a lovely well kept park with lots to do like hiking walking soccer ⚽ baseball Tennis skateboarding and even BMX. I often walk with my dogs
Lots of sports fields including softball, tennis, soccer, disc golf, a bmx track and a few more sports activities. We took our dog here to enjoy a walk on both grass and pavement. There are a few parking lots as well.
There are a lot of different sports fields. No specific trails or dog areas. We walked our dog around on the asphalt and grass areas between the fields.

- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
