Confirmed from Freedom Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Public park with a lake, playground, picnic tables, and hiking trail, plus basketball courts and a pavilion.

“The playground is beautiful and the Little Woods Nature Trail is an easy, enjoyable hike for kids.”
Went today for a day trip to get some fresh area and was very pleasantly surprised at everything offered. There was ample parking (it is in the grass, but I didnt mind), a baseball field, very nice playground, very clean bathrooms (was immaculate when we went in, I almost couldn't believe it), and a great kids hiking…
Huge park with an adventure trail for young kids . There's a big playground, bathrooms and a small basketball courts , plenty of parking .
It is rather disappointing that the lake is only accessible with residents passes. I mean, it is not really evident until you get there. my kids were devastated that they can see/ hear kids by the water from the parking lot, but cannot go there.
What an AMAZING park! The playground is big with activities for all sizes, very clean, and the playground sets are newer than most parks. There are mini houses for the kids to play on as well!
