Confirmed from Freeway Manor Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Freeway Manor Park
“Love this park just don't like that people take their pets and don't clean up after them there's always dog poop every where and people always dump their fur babies 😕😕”
Nice park, has some decent places to sit that are shaded and the playground is new. Has small trails for the kids to walk and after school hours, the school playground is available to the public and offers a wider shaded area.
This is a nice clean park. Its right next to our football field and our parents run the trail there. The tail is a half mile long, perfect it you are just getting started running. The only thing that is a little frustrating is that it has no central parking lot, just street parking.
It's a small park in a little neighborhood. So many people go there in the morning for jogs and it's a good environment to be one. The only complaint is that the sidewalks are weirdly placed like it leads you in a circle but like it doesn't lead you to the benches or nothing.
Clean park for children and animals plenty of room for picnics and parties well groom and cut grass and trim but lack porta cans no restrooms! here at this park has a great pave track for daily walkers and bicyclers have badeball field, playground for children.

The practical stuff

- SurfaceBoardwalk — flat and scenic, and slick when wet, so watch your footing
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
