Confirmed from Gammino Pond Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Hikers and dog walkers come to this preserved spot for scenic trails with picnic spots as well.

Short trail, perfect for beginners or people with small dogs that enjoys short walks. Beautiful path around the pond.
Beautiful place! Not a hard hike by any means. Great for families with kids and animals.
I love this park so much. I’ve been about 20 times and think I’ve finally walked all the trails. Equal parts wide open spaces, woodsy trails, and the pond. I bring my dog every time and the few people I meet (usually not many people here) are great.
Great little trails, right in Seekonk! Almost every loop intersects with another, you can easily make it into more then 3 miles, I wish we weren't losing daylight. Would have liked to do them all.

“The stairs got me at the end of my walk but they are maintained well and the parking lot was easily accessible.”
“It's a great place if you're a runner too, very hilly but nice clear paths and a good change of scenery instead of running like a robot on a track.”
“Some hills and roots around the pond, wear good shoes.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
