Confirmed from Glasgow Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Small park with picnic tables and exercise stations also featuring a walking path. Walk the dog or cycle the trails, or simply relax on the grass.
What runners say about Glasgow Park
“You should go there, it is a nice place for you and your dog to walk.”
It’s a small place but an oasis of peace in the middle of the crazy busy area. This is literally spitting distance from the 405fwy, in a residential area, but it is perfect for a little get away to read, walk your pet, or just take in the beauty of the flowers & vegetation.
I really like the path, I use it a lot. The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that the wood chips spill over to the walk and it makes it difficult to walk without tripping on them. Also some of the plants are too big and grow out to the walk and it makes it too narrow.
I love this park for walking my dog. I don't live in this area any longer, but I still bring my dog here to walk.
This picture was taking many years ago during construction. April 2021's Park is NOW a shady walk path with benches & grass areas for a great outside stroll.

“I wish the planning had been better as far as the wood chips having a deeper bed than the gravel walk.”

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
