Confirmed from Golden Hills Nature Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Golden Hills Nature Park
“Was a beautiful day and we had an amazing time!”
“Plenty of trails to walk on, fresh air, peaceful and quiet.”
I love the trail systems connected to the nature park. I visit these trails multiple times per week. I do photography as a hobby and I love to take pictures at the park. I post some of them on google maps.
A great place to walk, jog, bike, run, nature watch, and just generally have a good time. It resides on the old Golden Hills golf course and is located on both sides of Woodford-Tehachapi road. There are parking areas on all sides from formal lots to off-road accesses. We've seen hawks, crows, deer, and bobcats there.
Beautiful trail . Really wide for kids to walk without any danger . Will go back for sure .
Trails were a little washed out when I went but it's a pretty place for a run
