Confirmed from Government Springs Park North's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Government Springs Park North
“The grass was well maintained, the picnic benches were nicely painted, and the bathrooms were clean and stocked.”
Nice place to walk, picnic, fish, play or just relax and get back to nature
It was a great time walking around remembering hanging out there when I was a kid. Missing the zoo that was there, the pool where the pavilion is. All sorts of good fun memories. Paddle boat races, fishing. Great kid stuff in the 60s & 70s, good clean fun with friends.
Very clean and nice park. The walking trail is very nice and fun to walk. The scenery is amazing in the evenings and very enjoyable to just sit and watch your kids play and watch the ducks swim. Overall we loved it.
Good little city park. Walking trails, fishing, waterfalls, Dillingham Memorial Garden. Used to be a city zoo when I was a little boy up on the hill.
