Confirmed from Grandon Farm Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Grandon Farm Trail
“Aside from being a bit short, it's a beautiful trail - shaded, hilly, and windy - making the hike interesting.”
This trail is less than 3/4 mile, though I think there's a plan to extend it. It's attached to the Brookdale/Grandon Farm community. A good place to park for the outsiders would be the Creekview Park South parking lot.
A nice suburban walk, more suited for walking than biking since it’s not long enough to fully enjoy a bike ride. It’s a great spot to walk with dogs or kids, and I felt completely safe here. Just be aware that there’s no lighting at night.
Nice paved trail, meant for walking and is pretty narrow for bikes but it can work for biking as well. Good proximity to the creekview parks and connects down to trayer ln and sears run. There is another harder to reach section of trail separately behind daybreak church. Both are well kept.
Hidden jem! Winds down a hillside into a valley and along a creek. Perfect for an afternoon stroll or walk with a stroller. Entirely paved! Note: plan to park at the baseball fields nearby when looking at the aerial view.

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
