Confirmed from Grant Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Relaxed outdoor space with a playground and basketball courts, along with shaded seating.

Overview: Grant Park is a large, historic urban park known for its scenic beauty and diverse recreational options. It often serves as a hub for community events and outdoor activities. What’s Good: - Spacious with plenty of walking trails, picnic areas, and open green spaces.
Grant Park is a beautiful hidden gem. It is very large, circular style with a paved trail and lots of trees. It's perfect for a family picnic. There is a small playground and a standard basketball court. The court is not that perfect, but it has rims to play with. It could use some tlc.
Beautiful park and a nice walkway/trail and has grass you can picnic on benches and a fountain
