Confirmed from Greensboro Ridge Natural Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Greensboro Ridge Natural Preserve
“Beautiful place to become at peace from within surrounded by plenty of seasonal wildlife!”
Beautiful hike for humans and dogs. We have seen hunters in the area, so wear orange!
Nice short mile loop with some elevation. So if hiking in the winter as I did, traction aids are recommended. Enjoy and thanks for reading.
Mostly easy hike with a few rocky areas. Well marked. Otherwise great little loop that was manageable for the family. Connects to the AT.
A gem among local trails. Diverse up and down terrain with beautiful geologic formations. Easy access to the AT as well.
