Confirmed from Mink Brook Nature Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
112-acre nature preserve & hiking area with picturesque trails in a tranquil setting.
What runners say about Mink Brook Nature Preserve
“I did not venture very far into this Preservation, but the mere 10 minutes I walked into it and explored was absolutely gorgeous.”
“Lovely little nature preserve with easy trails.”
Really beautiful place! So happy to be able to stop by for an hour to walk around.
I did not venture very far into this Preservation, but the mere 10 minutes I walked into it and explored was absolutely gorgeous. Breathtaking trail views, man-made river overlooks, and plenty of awesome spots to sit and do whatever you do. Highly recommended and will be going back myself to explore through everything!
Great escape hike if you are at the medical facilities or are anywhere near central campus. So many small paths and connections that this hike can be as long or as short and easy as you want it to be.
Has great lovely trails and a fun brook. Currently due to all the rain, the current is very strong. but on a more "normal" day it is safe for the dogs to swim in!

“Great dog walk and a nice break from some of the more strenuous trails in the area.”
“A few areas required navigating some rocks, so not fully say stroller accessible.”
“There is limited parking on the dirt road in front of the gates and some more next to the tennis court.”
