Great place for a bike ride. It wasn't very crowded and we only saw a couple of people. Despite the trails being thin and a bit uneven from tree roots, My wife managed on her road bike just fine. Parking at the trail head is free or you can ride the short distance in from town.
A great and shady trail that's just as popular with mountain bikers as it is with hikers and dog walkers. Due to the varying loops, you can go as long or as short as you like, and the rolling terrain is a perfect workout without being too much.
One of our dog's favorite places to take a long hike. Peaceful, easy to hike trail with the occasional runners and/or mountain bikers - it's great for everyone and all ages!
One of our favorite hiking trails in Sandpoint. Steady increase in elevation without being too challenging.
