Confirmed from Guadalupe River Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Guadalupe River Trail
“The trail is very beautiful with lots of trees with flowering shrubs year around.”
“The trail is scenic, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing walk or jog.”
We visited the Guadalupe River Trail section which is close to the Ulistac Natural Area in Santa Clara. The trail is very beautiful with lots of trees with flowering shrubs year around. It is especially very beautifu in fall when the leaves change colors.
Walked nearly 2 miles from Riverpark during the evening. The trail is scenic, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing walk or jog. Well-paved paths run alongside the Guadalupe River, surrounded by greenery and occasional wildlife. Evening time made the experience more soothing with cool breeze and soft lighting.
Beautiful place for daily walk. Close to all apartments, extremely clean and not a lot of people.
Nice and easy trail with peaceful surroundings. Some parts of the path are unpaved, which can make it a little difficult to use with a stroller, but overall it’s a pleasant walk.
