Confirmed from H&BT Trail Everett Side's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🌾 quiet & peaceful 3 mentions

“Very peaceful and while we saw a few other folks it we mostly had the trail to ourselves.”

This is a nice rails to trails trail through Bedford County. Much of the northern portions run along the Juniata River. Great for walking or biking. It's a recreational treasure!

This is a gem of a trail. Took an hour long walk from Cypher Station toward Tatesville and back. Very peaceful walk. Bubbling streams, pristine woodlands, nice walking surface.

★★★★★ — John , May 2018

I love this Trail. It has signs to describe historical or natural features, plants, or wildlife. The trail is level, which is good for my husband, because he has trouble with rough terrain, hills, or frequent changes in elevation.

Fabulous bike trail. It was a little gravelly in spots, but nothing too crazy. Very peaceful and while we saw a few other folks it we mostly had the trail to ourselves. Would definitely come back!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
