Nice to walk here , I've been coming here since the early seventies when I was young .
Beautiful park, great walking path puts u on a bridge that takes you straight into campus... along sides the Hackensack River... some wildlife, squirrels, geese, ducks and all kinds of bird species...
A tranquil 3/4 mile walk that hugs the Hackensack River. Never busy and starts(or ends) in Johnson Park.
The Hackensack River Pathway is a relaxing place for a walk, especially if you’re looking to stay local and enjoy some fresh air. The path itself is easy to follow, and I was able to enjoy it with my 5-year-old, we even discovered a small playground behind the old Sears building, which was a fun surprise for her.
