Confirmed from Haikey Creek Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Vast county park boasting picnic area & playgrounds, plus an 18-hole championship disc golf course.

Nice sized park with play areas, plenty of parking, a variety of large trees mixed with open areas, exercise stations and public facilities that are well maintained. I don't play frisbee golf but there always seems to be a few groups enjoying that.
I bring my dog here to play, run, and train. There's plenty of open spaces to just hang out. There are paved trails, clean pavilions, playground, disc golf, volleyball, horseshoes, picnic tables, etc. Only gripe: people need to clean up after their pets. I definitely do!
First time at Haikey Creek and absolutely loved the trail. The trails were clean and had nice wide paths. There was areas for all kind of picnics, outings and sports.
This place has a great walking path. It is very fine chat (cinder?) and I find it very easy on the feet. I go out of my way to walk at this park. It also seems hugely popular for frisbee golf and dog walking.
Trail conditions & character
“If they had a big fountain/waterfall and sidewalks, I would say this park is as nice as NYC’s Central Park.”
“Nice park for the dogs, clean and warm bathroom - I couldn’t seem to get T-Mobile internet service out here though (not even offline Pandora music service).”
