Confirmed from Jackson Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
A 14-acre open green space with a splash pad, fishing pond, playground & mile-long footpath.
What runners say about Jackson Park
“Fun, very clean , and if you happen to live in the area perfect place to take a little walk with the kiddos 😁❤️”
“Clean, cheerful atmosphere with both sun and shade trees and benches along the trails.”
Beautiful park, and always a nice walk. There are multiple trails also that you can use, either for walking, biking or just strolling with your baby. Multiple small ponds, and beautiful trees and flowers surrounding. Also has a playground and a splash pad.
It's a great park overall with plenty of walking trails, two ponds, play areas and a splash pad. They have a bathroom open as well but it needs some work. Plenty of seating and covered areas as well.
We always have a great time here. Splash pad for the kids, small playground, covered pavilion, walking trails and a pond you can fish in. The bathroom at this place is always gross or I would give 5 stars.
