Confirmed from Harry E. Kelley River Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Recreational park on the river featuring an outdoor amphitheater, picnic tables, trails & fishing.

“Clean, well kept area, I can tell the city keeps up with their parks.”
“Beautiful riverside experience with scenic views of the river especially at sunset.”
I've been on walking trails in Corpus Christi, TX, Tulsa, ok and in several smaller towns. Fort Smith is building something great here. This trail is beautiful, peaceful. The morale on this trail is unique with the people of this town. I absolutely adore this❤️ I live Fort Smith.
Beautiful riverside experience with scenic views of the river especially at sunset. Music festivals, fishing. Walking, biking, skating or skateboarding and scooter the paved trail alongside the river. Great nature adventure and Great for working out.
Great park with lots of space to walk, run, or use the bike rentals and skate park.
It's a nice place to walk your dogs or run or even bicycle. It could use a few more amenities but it's relatively new. I know they have a lot more planned for this area.
