The trail is about a mile round trip , down hill going and uphill coming back. We’ve been using this park for many years and we love it. It’s great for kids! But there are spots to proceed with caution, steep cliffs, steep slippery stairs and grades.
Beautiful forest trail and beach. We were the only ones on the trails.
Now THIS is a Rainforest trail, which goes to saltwater with huge trees hanging over the beach. The gravel roads throughout are covered in holes and some are post 'private' which is discouraging.
We needed some nature time so we headed out to the state park and tye weather was perfect. We used the AllTrails app and it was great for navigating and knowing what was ahead.
