Confirmed from Headwaters Conservation Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“The conservation land was clean and peaceful.”
“Well marked and easy trails, plus a vernal pool.”
Trail(s) provide a nice walk. Little in the way of roots. Given the amount of rain that fell yesterday, it's one of a few trails remain nearly dry. FYI, the tree pictured had been downed by one of the weather events of the summer. Volunteers of Westport Woods Conservation were quick in clearing the trail.
Beautiful trail, small parking, quiet area. Perfect for an easy hike 🍂
I wish that the leftmost and rightmost paths felt a little more isolated from the surroundings, but as long as you stick to the center path, this place can be pretty calming and fun to explore.
These trails are exactly what I thought they'd be, nothing too challenging. Good for a quick stroll through the woods
