Confirmed from Hidden Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Hidden Trails
People Fish here all the time. I Wouldn't, but people do.. all the time. Do wish had a few benches around the pond though, would be nice place to sit and relax. It is a really good area for walking, and alot of people do evening dog walking. Usually a quiet neighborhood with little traffic.
It's a little neighborhood lake with a small trail around 75% of it (there's a cute 2-story house sitting on the edge of the lake, blocking the trail but the ppl living in the house are really nice & friendly in my experience). Mostly a great place to walk your dog or enjoy the turtles.

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
